Boston - Senior Program

The Senior Program is comprised of students who have successfully completed our Prep Program and whose focus is on gaining acceptance and securing financial assistance to a four-year college or university. In August/September of each year, our senior students begin working with their mentors, with every effort made to keep the same mentors they had as sophomores and juniors in our Prep Program, to begin the process of applying to college. They begin to examine college choices, prepare for retaking the SAT if necessary, apply to 7 - 10 colleges or universities and then apply for all applicable financial aid and scholarships.

Each senior applies to a few safety schools, a few schools where they fall in the average range of applicants, and a small number of reach schools. During the process, seniors are led on local college tours and have the opportunity to hear from multiple admissions directors. Minds Matter's goal is to help every senior gain acceptance to the best college that meets their selection criteria. To date we are very proud of our 100% success rate.
