Justin Dailey, Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Dailey is currently part of the Asset/Liability Management team for PNC Bank. After spending two years as an analyst on National City's credit trading desk, Mr. Dailey joined ALM and is responsible for balance sheet valuation and analysis for the legacy National City balance sheet. In addition, he is a key part of the team working to integrate the National City & PNC risk management functions in the wake of the 2008 acquisition of National City by PNC, with a primary focus on building the market valuation process for the combined balance sheet and validating valuation outputs for the PNC investment portfolio. Mr. Dailey holds a B.S. in Business, majoring in Business-Economics and graduated magna cum laude with honors in economics.

Randi Gross, VP of Public Relations
Ms. Gross has worked at The Sherwin-Williams Company since 2007. She is currently a Marketing Assistant in the Diversified Brands Division where she serves the Walmart and Home Center accounts for the Dutch Boy brand. Her primary responsibilities include implementing marketing tactics to increase awareness and sales of the brand, measure marketing success, and promotional events and activities. Ms. Gross completed her BA in Marketing and Finance from Baldwin-Wallace College.

Michael Lagoni, Founder
Mr. Lagoni is the founder of Minds Matter of Cleveland. Currently, he is a MBA Student at Harvard Business School. Previously, Mr. Lagoni served as the CEO of Category Lab, a business intelligence software company. He graduated summa cum laude from Baldwin-Wallace College and earned his certificate in Strategy & Innovation at the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Jim LaRocca, VP of Financial Aid
Mr. LaRocca is entering his third year at Ernst & Young where he is an accountant in the assurance practice, focusing mainly in the Financial Services Industry. Mr. LaRocca holds an MBA from Baldwin-Wallace College and has obtained his CPA license in the State of Ohio.

Franklin B. Lebo, Esq., Dean of Academic Affairs
Franklin B. Lebo, Esq. is an adjunct professor in the Department of Political Science at Baldwin-Wallace College with research and teaching experience in foreign policy, international relations, bureaucratic systems, environmental politics, and sustainability studies. Frank earned his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2003 with an International Law Concentration winning the Witkin and CALI Awards in Chinese Trade and Investment and the CALI Award in the American West: Law, Culture, and the Environment. He is also an A.B.D. Ph.D. Candidate in the Department of Political Science at Kent State University. Frank earned his B.A. from Brandeis University graduating summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, Pi Sigma Alpha, and as a Presidential Scholar. Two of Frank’s co-authored publications include: “Studying International Development: A Khunian Perspective” forthcoming this year with Blackwell Publishers along with “Sino-American Trade Relations: Privatizing Foreign Policy” in Contemporary Cases in U.S. Foreign Policy: From Terrorism to Trade, 3rd Edition, Washington, D.C.: Congressional Quarterly Press, 2008.

Kristen San Marco, Co-VP of Students
Ms. Kristen San Marco currently works in National City's Debt Capital Markets group. In this capacity, she assists in the structuring and origination of syndicated loan transactions for private equity firms and middle-market clients within National City's Specialized Lending areas that include Communications and Media, Transportation and Equipment and Asset-Based Lending. Ms. San Marco graduated summa cum laude from Baldwin-Wallace College, with a dual major in finance and accounting.

David Mayland, VP of Volunteers
Mr. Mayland is an analyst at Western Reserve Partners, a middle market investment banking firm he joined full-time in July 2008. In this capacity he supports and advises companies in a variety of industries undergoing mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, restructuring and real estate transactions. Mr. Mayland graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a major in Political Science concentrating in International Relations and a minor in Psychology.

Brian McAllester, VP of Technology
Brian works with Citizens' Academy, a top-performing K-5 urban charter school, where he leads a variety of strategic projects and co-teaches a 5th grade leadership course. He also owns and runs a small web design company, WebEdge Design. Previously, Brian has worked as an 8th grade teacher and Fulbright Grantee in Sofia, Bulgaria, a 7th grade teacher in Wellesley, MA, and as a business consultant at Newry Corp., in Cleveland, Ohio. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa and summa cum laude from Kenyon College and holds his Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL) certificate from the SIT Graduate Institute.

Krystal Mindeck, VP of Marketing and Events
Ms. Mindeck has worked at Sherwin-Williams World Headquarters since 2006. She is currently a Color Support Agent where she performs day-to-day handling of color-related requests and inquires in support for Diversified Brands Consumer Group. Additional responsibilities include serving at Brand Liaison for the Dutch Boy and Wal-Mart accounts. Ms. Mindeck completed her BA in Business Administration, with concentrations in Marketing and Human Resources from Baldwin-Wallace College.

Meghan Pethtel, VP of Programs
Ms. Pethtel has worked for The Sherwin-Williams Company since 2005. She is currently a Marketing Associate in the Diversified Brands Division. In this capacity, she performs various functions, including commercializing new products, implementing promotional activities and monitoring sales and marketing metrics. Ms. Pethtel studied International Business at Birkbeck, University of London and completed her B.A. in Finance and Marketing from Baldwin-Wallace College.

Lona Ruot, VP of Events
Ms. Ruot has worked for the Sherwin-Williams Company since 2001. She is currently an Interactive Sales and Marketing Specialist in the Chemical Coatings Division. Her current responsibilities include management of internal and external websites, online web tools, execution of new product introductions, and the planning and execution of the division-wide Global Sales Meeting. Ms. Ruot was a member of the team awarded the 2008 Sherwin-Williams Corporate Quality Award. Ms. Ruot received a BA in Psychology from Kent State University.

Brent A. Shelley, Esq., Associate Dean of Academic Affairs
Brent A. Shelley, Esq. is an attorney at Meyers, Roman, Friedberg & Lewis LPA representing clients on a wide variety of business issues, including entity formation and dissolution, mergers and acquisitions, employee relations, and financing. Mr. Shelley also specializes in intellectual property and computer law matters, including trademark and copyright registration, confidentiality and trade secret protection, software licensing and development agreements, and privacy and end-user agreements. Mr. Shelley graduated with Dean’s List recognition from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2006 and received his undergraduate degree with distinction from Indiana University in 2003. Mr. Shelley is also licensed to practice law in Illinois and Indiana.

Kevin Stone, President & CEO
Kevin Stone is an analyst in Key Bank's Corporate and Investment Banking Program. He currently works in the Healthcare Real Estate Finance group of the bank. Mr. Stone graduated from Columbia University with a B.A. in Economics.

Alyson Unger, VP of Finance
Ms. Alyson Unger is an International Tax Accountant for The Sherwin-Williams Company. Ms. Unger graduated from Baldwin-Wallace College in 2008 with a B.A. in Accounting and Finance. She is currently in her first year at the University of Akron, working on her Masters in Taxation.
