Denver - Senior Program

Mentors assisted the seniors in navigating the college application process, financial aid applications, and college selection upon acceptance. Coaching is also provided around personal interviewing skills and multiple sessions focused on adapting to college life. The seven 2008 seniors combined completed more than 40 college applications and 60 scholarship applications. As a result, all of the 2009 seniors were accepted into at least one college, and all were awarded at least one scholarship. In fact, 75% of all 2009 seniors received full tuition scholarships.
