Shari Ashton, Director
Ms. Ashton graduated from The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) after completing a three year masters program to become a physician assistant. Prior to this, she spent three years in the pharmaceutical industry at Eli Lilly and Company. Ms. Ashton also has a background in accounting and spent three years practicing as a certified public accountant at Ernst & Young LLP in New York in the Financial Services Audit Practice. She holds a B.S in Accounting from Rutgers University and an M.S. from UMNDJ.

Jonathan Bernstein, Director
Jon is currently Vice Chairman of Corfin Industries LLC, a semiconductor pre-assembly services provider to aerospace, defense, and other high reliability industries. He leads an investor group that seeks to acquire mature businesses in distress or those with untapped growth potential. His prior investment and business experience includes roles at Merlin Securities, Founders Equity, Pershing Square Capital Management, and First Manhattan Consulting Group. Jon holds an Electrical Engineering degree from Cornell University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Jeffrey Bernstein, Director
Jeffrey A. Bernstein, CPA, joined Barclays Capital in September 2008 and is currently a director and senior research analyst following the restaurant industry. Prior to that, Jeff was at Lehman Brothers beginning in February 2000 as a member of the equity research restaurants team. Jeff launched primary coverage in early 2005 and currently covers the small- to large-cap names in the quickservice, casual dining, and specialty categories of the restaurant industry. In each of the past three years, Jeff was ranked in the Institutional Investor's "All-America Research Team" survey in the Restaurants category. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers, Jeff spent four years at Ernst & Young, where he earned his CPA designation. Jeff earned a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Albany.

Jay Campbell, Director
Mr. Campbell joined the North American Healthcare Banking Group of ABN AMRO in October, 2006 from BIO-IB LLC, a boutique healthcare investment banking firm focused exclusively on the life sciences. While at BIO-IB he advised clients on buy/ sell side M&A transactions, independent valuations, and private capital raises. Prior to BIO-IB he worked as an independent consultant focusing on start-up ventures including a convertible arbitrage hedge fund and a strategic research distribution firm. Previously Mr. Campbell worked in the Equity Capital Markets Joint Venture between ABN AMRO and The Rothschild Group, was a research associate in the Domestic High Yield Research Group at Schroder & Co. Inc. and started his professional career at CrossMar, a subsidiary of Citigroup, where he worked in the Institutional Client department Mr. Campbell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and minor in Spanish from Bucknell University.

Mike Ciolli, Director
Mr. Ciolli has 15 years of equity research, investment banking, andentrepreneurial venture experience. Michael is the principal of PitonAdvisors, LLC, a financial and corporate development advisory firm. ThroughPiton, he is currently serving as the Executive Vice President, Finance ofNatural Systems Utilities, LLC, a cleantech water and waste managementcompany. Prior to NSU and through Piton, Michael served as the VicePresident, Finance of Innovation Fuels, Inc., a biodiesel producer with 40+MMGY production capacity. He helped Innovation launch and obtain $17MM ofSeries A capital from a sponsor group led by Credit Suisse (CFIG). Prior toInnovation, Michael was a Senior Associate with The Chesapeake Group (CGI),a buy side M&A advisory firm specializing in the IT and Business Servicesindustries. He advised corporate and financial sponsor partners on 15+strategic projects including 5 closed transactions worth 100MM+. Prior toCGI, Michael was an Equity Research Analyst with Donaldson, Lufkin, &Jenrette (DLJ) covering the IT and Business Services industries. Heauthored 100+ investment recommendations and collaborated on $1+ billion inpublic offerings. Michael began his career at Best Execution ComparisonService (BECS), a startup consulting firm that analyzed broker costs andperformance for institutional asset managers. He received his MBA, Financeand Management from Columbia Business School and is a member of the BetaGamma Sigma academic honor society. He also received his BA, Economics witha minor in Physics from Colgate University.

David Eagle, Treasurer and Committee Chair
Mr. Eagle works at Emigrant Capital, a middle market private equity firm. Prior to joining Emigrant Capital, Mr. Eagle worked at special opportunities hedge fund of Fortress Investment Group. Prior thereto, Mr. Eagle worked at G.C. Andersen Partners, a merchant bank that advises and invests in middle market businesses. At G.C. Andersen Partners, Mr. Eagle worked with a broad range of companies in the business services and specialty finance sectors, among others. Before joining G.C. Andersen Partners, Mr. Eagle worked at Ryan Beck & Co (now Stifel, Nicolaus & Company), a middle market investment bank. Mr. Eagle received a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Diana Hyde, Director
Ms. Hyde serves as Executive Director of Minds Matter of NYC, Inc. Prior to Minds Matter, she was Vice President in the Private Banking Group at Gibraltar Private Bank in charge of managing a portfolio of high net worth individuals, negotiating and structuring financial transactions and developing future business opportunities. Ms. Hyde's previous work includes serving for six years as a Relationship Manager and Lender for U.S. Trust and as a Program Director for the Posse Foundation. She has been involved with Minds Matter since 2001 and most recently served on the New York City Board, Co-Directed the Senior Program and Co-headed leadership recruitment for the Executive Committee of Minds Matter. She has a BA from Trinity College in Economics and in her spare time she is a Trinity Alumni Interviewer and competes in sprint triathlons.

Helise Owens, Director
Ms. Owens joined J.P. Morgan in April 2007 and is currently a Vice President in Investment Bank Training and Development. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Ms. Owens spent two years in the Retail Finance division at Coach, Inc. performing sales analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning for the company's full-price and outlet stores in the U.S. Ms. Owens spent the first four years of her career as an equity research analyst at Lehman Brothers covering Broadline Retail and Textile, Footwear & Apparel stocks. She holds a B.S. in Finance and a minor in Mandarin Chinese from Georgetown University.

Lincoln Singleton, Director and Committee Chair
Mr. Singleton joined Durham Asset Management in April 2006. Mr. Singleton has more than eight years experience in alternative investments. In 2001, Mr. Singleton joined Highline Capital Management as their Marketing Director and telecom analyst. He also worked at Ermitage UK, a European fund of fund, as Vice President of Marketing for the Americas. From fall 1998 through spring 2001, Mr. Singleton was the Product Marketing Manager at Lucent Technologies based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Mr. Singleton began his career in 1993 with Verizon Wireless in sales, strategic planning and product management in Los Angeles and Caracas, Venezuela. His clients included privatized and start-up telecom companies. Mr. Singleton received an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and a B.S. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business.

Jamey Spencer, Director
Mr. Spencer is the Managing Partner of Ferry House Partners, an investment firm focused on leading small businesses based in the U.S. Previously, he was a Principal at Morgan Creek Capital Management, where he co-managed the firm's private equity fund commitments and equity co-investments. Prior to Morgan Creek, Mr. Spencer served as a Vice President at The Riverside Company, where he was responsible for evaluating and executing lower middle market buyouts and served on the board of directors of several portfolio companies. Prior to Riverside, Mr. Spencer was an Investment Banking Analyst at J.P. Morgan in the Global Energy Mergers & Acquisitions/Corporate Finance Group. Mr. Spencer is a member of the Wake Forest University Alumni Council and a board member of Exalt Youth. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business, magna cum laude, from Wake Forest University, and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, where he was a Robert A. Toigo fellow.

Todd Zipper, Director
Todd Zipper co-founded and serves as Chief Operating Officer of Education Connection. Education Connection is an Internet marketing and tele-marketing technology company focused on the online education sector and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kaplan, Inc. Education Connection was founded in 2006 and in 2009 is projected to have $30 million in revenue. Before founding Education Connection, Todd worked for Kaplan, Inc. in various roles, such as strategic planning, new product and business development, finance, marketing, and operations. Todd's prior work experience also includes analytical roles in the financial services sector. He held positions in the equity research department of Citigroup and in a private equity company focusing on investments in the media and telecommunications sectors. Todd has also served for several years on the Board of Directors of Minds Matter, a national educational and mentoring non-profit organization. Todd holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, a M.B.A. from Columbia University, and a Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Todd enjoys a healthy lifestyle through his participation in triathlons, yoga, meditation, nutrition, and readings related to self-improvement.
